A. We do not store your credit card information; therefore, when you shop online to make purchases for our services it is secure with SSL and no cc is stored on our site.
Q. What information is collected?
A. Your contact information (email, name, phone, consumer notes and number) is collected for our representative to get a hold of you if we have a question.
Q. When can I expect delivery of my designs?
A. We will try our best to get you your designs home page within 7 days and the inner pages the next few days. Adding in extra internal pages will extends your completion date of all designs.
Q. In what format my designs will be delivered to me?
A. They are in layered PSD files and JPG or PNG image files.

Q. If I am unsatisfied with a design what can I do about it?
A. Within the first 7 days we will deliver to you your homepage design proof (2-3) variations. You have the next 7 days to let us know if you like it or not. You can decide to get a full refund or ask us for a round of revisions. We will revise it free of charge. If you select the revisions you are not entitle for the full refund.
Q. Can I still use the proofs and designs after the refund?
A. No, you can not use our proofs and designs after the refund.
Q. Can I get a refund on implementation services such as HTML cutup?
A. Sorry you can not get a refund on this type of services at the moment right now. You can give us feedbacks on our HTML cutup service and we will try our best to accommodate it for you.
Q. Can I get a refund on custom programming services?
A. No, not at the current moment right now. It is because of the complexity of this service and timeframe involved that it is impossible for us to give a refund on this service. This type of service involve consistent communication with the client and we do not offer it on our Xillent Xpress checkout services.
Q. If I am a service provider and I am using your service what guarantee do I have that you will not contact my clients?
A. We will never contact your client or the clients of your clients.
Q. What if I do not want my site to be resized for mobile devices when it is cut up?
A. Let us know about it before we start cutting up your designs.
Q. If I change my mind within the first 7 days on the direction of my designs what do I do?
A. Please let us know about it as it will affect the overall deliverables timeline. If we proceed with your designs on the 5 day you have to add another 7 days to the overall timeline for the changes. So it is a +7 days if changes occurs within the 7 days.
Q. How can I make feedbacks on my project?
A. We will send you an invitation to a project management tool we commonly use to communicate. All files will be delivered on there too and you can keep track of your project.
